Here are the groups I’m currently running.

A 3-week focus on Nutrition

Maybe you’re already in a fitness program, or just want to focus on what you eat, this group is for you! We’re learning more about portion control and how to make it work for you so that you can optimize your fuel for a healthier you.

Think of a Netflix of Fitness — you’d have access over 700 workouts and 17 personal trainers. And, it’s always evolving with more workouts always in the works. You can choose by:

  • Level/intensity
  • Type
  • Trainer

And you could have that access either for FREE for 2 weeks, or pay for as long as you want it.
